Job Description Primary Function of Position:
Our digital solutions provide technology to enable easier capturing, archiving, live streaming and sharing of clinical video and other data around diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, while also allowing for a complete integration with electronic medical records (EMR) and picture archival and communications (PACS) systems.
We are looking for a highly motivated top-notch experienced clinical support person, with the necessary background in digital technology to join us in an important period of growth for digital solutions based on our Intuitive Hub technology in the assigned region.
The Digital Solutions Integration Specialist (DSIS) will focus on the execution of current and future digital strategies to further grow the digital solution adoption by our customers. As an expert on Intuitive’s Digital Solutions, knowing the ins-and-outs, the DSIS seeks highest customer satisfaction and product utilization.
To do so, the DSIS is responsible for customer onboardings, performing workflow analysis and optimization, customer training and application support, as well as training and supporting the sales and marketing efforts with customer presentations, product demos remotely, onsite and tradeshows and internal trainings.
The DSIS will lead customer meetings, train the Intuitive Hub in numerous clinical settings and specialties, support the customer readiness and drive further expansion of our digital offering within our existing customer base.
In addition, the candidate will build and maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within our industry, key decision-makers, surgeons/physicians, nurses, and IT managers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions for customers (externally) and Intuitive colleagues (internally),Perform Intuitive Hub in-services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization to meet customer objectives,Monitor and drive the digital products utilization by customers and clinical users,Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and thought leaders,Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems; identify and document issues to be escalated to product support teams for resolution,Lead clinical teams through training sessions, helping them understand system operation,Onboard, coach, and mentor new and existing team members,Participate in the training and launch of new products and/or procedures,Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects to develop or improve Intuitive processes, deliverables, and other material,Build excellent relationship with internal colleagues, such as dV sales teams, PND, digital support, marketing and field service,Support complex customer events involving multi-departmental collaboration and multi-faceted solutions,Be a resource to the clinical and administrative team, providing guidance and insight on the use of the Intuitive Hub System,Provides feedback based on client experiences to support and product develop team for process improvements.Prospect for digital solution expansions and upgrades existing base. Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Engineering, life science or medical background preferred,2+ years’ experience in procedural / OR healthcare software required,2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations,Prior knowledge with EMR/PACS solutions is an advantage,Background in training of clinical and OR staff required,Knowledge of the Procedural/Operating Room environment required,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required,Expertise and experience in delivering consulting services to the value to the customer required,Ability to deliver consistent and effective communication,Ability to discover and understand customer needs, engage, and inspire customers to adopt new and effective solutions,Highly organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment,Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in German and English,Travel >75% Additional Information
