Delta Air Lines, Inc. has multiple openings for a Digital Analytics Program Manager in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist with the creation and completion of the department's data analysis capability roadmap. Provide audit support via data analysis to improve audit efficiency and enhance effective communication. Catalog and validate data stores throughout the enterprise for use in audit analytics. Identify and establish department data analysis training plan for full team capability enhancement. Identify repetitive department tasks for automation. Assist with completion of the team's fraud analytics and support the fraud risk assessment process. Analyze Delta's business practices and pinpoint how technology supports business initiatives. Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to identify risks and mitigation factors. Enhance and train the audit team's capabilities for data visualization techniques. Assist with the auditing of risks in Delta's digital programs, which include risk and controls for the data warehouses, data lakes, and metric reporting. Utilize data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Tableau, SAS, etc.) to complete project tasks. Assist with forensic activities as the needs arise due to investigations or incident response activities. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. 10% - 20% domestic and international travel required to support the audits depending on the audit program requirements.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, any field of Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or related field, and five years of consultation experience related to data science or data analytics.Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, and AlteryxExperienced developing BI solutions to deliver value to businessExperience with Clouds including AWS or AzureExperience with AI/ML technologies'Experience with integrating analytical solutions with audit methodologiesExperience with automation tools and processes.Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
