Overview
This Run the Bank position is responsible for guiding the content for the Digital Adoption function within Associate Technology Support. This role is focused on promoting, improving, and simplifying the End User Experience for new/changing technologies across the firm. This is critical as we provide new/refresh hardware and software solutions/Services. Work includes aiding users in understanding and best utilizing the expanding portfolio of collaboration and productivity tools. Outputs include training materials, documentation, proactive communication of changes/updates, how-to videos, etc. The Sr. Consultant ensures that we build and deliver effective adoption programs that advance productivity and minimize frustration resulting from IT/Infosec requirements or lack of information on product/service usage.
Responsibilities
Content Development - Leads content development projects and strategies including development, execution, and direction. Facilitates initiatives that impact stakeholders both internal and external to the department. Responsible for stakeholder identification and analysis, prescriptive planning, timing and channel delivery, and coordinating implementation of campaigns. Provides expert advice to business leaders and senior management on transitioning business teams towards necessary changes. Leads projects with significant enterprise-wide impact and may mentor less experienced consultants as necessary.Collaboration - Works closely with project teams on change management, communication, and training needs to ensure successful project execution and adoption. Communicates clearly with management, associates, and wider business units in driving change across the Bank. Business Support - Responsible for change management standards, processes, and tools. Ensures organizational adherence, monitoring compliance and communicating deficiencies as necessary. Maintains a strong knowledge of change management techniques, risks, and industry best practices.Reporting - Utilizes key metrics to analyze, track, and report on project impact and Ensures that all changes are clearly recorded and evaluated.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Change Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Change ManagementPreferred Area of Experience: Change Management/Change Projects, Marketing/Communications Business Analysis
