　　What a typical day looks like:Hire and develop top talent and provide technical leadership to teamDrive technical excellence and implementation of best practices such as design & code reviews, continuous integration/continuous deployment.Creates and improve infrastructure to address system performance, security, maintainability, and scalability of SHC's productsCoordinate with solution and support teams to resolve issues and run cross functional projectsOperational support of L2/L3 to manage the Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c Application server with infrastructure components BPM, SOA, IPM and UCMInstall and Configure Development, Test, Staging and Production environments in a high availability environmentProactively identify potential problems and issues, actively communicate, and manage issues to resolutionExplore, learn, and adopt new open-source technologies.Be accountable for Incident, change management procedures, policies, resolution of issues, problem management, and execution of changes, ensure support issues are resolved in a timely manner, consistently improve SLAsProvide troubleshooting and technical support services for web infrastructureAssist in the planning and execution of disaster recovery failover testingPerform scheduled maintenance, patching, and security complianceAutomate standard Operating procedures for the day-to-day maintenance of applications and systems.Build dashboards for performance monitoring, project's progress and statusEnsure compliance for security controls and SOX audit requirementsThe experience we're looking to add to our team:Any Bachelors degree with Min 9-12 Yrs of experience in IT.8+ years of hands-on experience delivering scalable web applications.Min 3+ years of experience managing and leading a teamMin 3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting production issues.Experience in AWS Cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker Containers.bash / ksh scripting, PowerShell, Ansible, Python and/or Perl.Experience with code versioning tools like GitHub, GitLab, etc. and CI/CD procedures. Application server knowledge on Weblogic, Webspher, Tomcat or JBoss .Skilled in proficient communication across all organizational tiersCapacity to exercise discernment and make well-informed decisions.Competence in devising plans, coordinating, prioritizing, working autonomously, and adhering to deadlines.Proficiency in overseeing, guiding, mentoring, training, and assessing work outcomes.Experience in configuring, administering, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Middleware MAA, infrastructure components, including WebLogic Suite (WLS, Coherence, and Java SE), SOA Suite (Adapters, BPEL, BAM, Business Rules, OSB, and OWSM), IPM , UCM and OHS.Experience in configuring SSO and SSL certificate key stores.Experience working with Linux (RedHat), Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Databases.Ability to troubleshoot problems and automate business processes across different platforms.Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Here are a few of our preferred experiences (Nice to have): Oracle WebLogic/SOA Administration certificationbash / ksh scripting, PowerShell, Ansible, Python and/or Perl.Experience with code versioning tools like GitHub, GitLab, etc. and CI/CD procedures.What you'll receive for the great work you provide: Health InsurancePaid Time OffNK99
