Job Description
Provides support in the identification and management of a portfolio of active and prospective donors. Works to build and reinforce a "culture of philanthropy" throughout the organization.
Job Responsibility
Collaborates with gift officers to strategize and support cultivation of donors and prospects and build pipeline.
Works in conjunction with Foundation team to identify and implement strategies for prospective and current donors.
Collaborates with Foundation teams to identify and transition donors.
Participates in stewardship and fundraising events.
Cultivates and maintains seamless relationship management for donors, prospects and gift officers.
Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
2-4 years of relevant experience, required.
The ideal candidate is sales and team oriented and collaborative
Excellent writing skills
Creative
Development/Fundraising experience preferred.
