Description
The Amazon Selling Partner Developer Services team is hiring for an experienced Developer Health Risk Investigator to drive and enhance compliance with program policy requirements to mitigate Selling Partner API (SP-API) related Selling Partner and Developer risk. This position will play an integral role in managing both internal and external facing risk programs, building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, reviewing data analytics to make informed decisions, and providing feedback to strengthen policies across a global team. The Risk Investigator will work closely with Selling Partners, Developers, and Global Partner teams, as well as Legal Counsel and Tech teams to develop and support the continuous improvement of risk operations tools and resources.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and continuously improve a global SP-API risk operations program with collective feedback from cross-functional stakeholders
• Work closely with internal tech development teams to improve customer experience of internal risk operations tools and resources
• Develop and monitor stakeholder performance against applicable key performance indicators
• Review data analytics from KPIs to provide guidance to make informed decisions on process or program improvements
• Develop, integrate, and implement standardized tech and program solutions to increase compliance while reducing burden on associate workload

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in technical field
• Direct experience in policy enforcement, risk mitigation/investigations, or data access controls
• Prior experience in a Program Management or Project Management role
• 2+ years of experience working cross functionally with projects and programs with tight deadlines
• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field
• Relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CFE)
• Big 4 accounting or consulting firm experience with technical or information security background
• Strong Experience in a fast paced, changing/growing organization is a plus
• Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment
• Experience communicating technical concepts to audiences with varying backgrounds and experience
• Experience working independently in an ambiguous environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
