Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer for a large company in Irvine, CA. You should have strong experience with Windows and Mac and should be able to do basic troubleshooting, of hardware, PCs, Servers, Mainframes, and network services. This is an ONSITE role in Irvine, 5 days a week.
Skills and Requirements
5-10 Years experience in Desktop Support
Experience providing support for computer applications, hardware, PCS, servers, mainframes.
Experience with ticketing systems such as service now
Strong Documentation Experience
Strong Leadership and willingness to take Initiative
Ability to support up to 1500 End users null
