Education Minimum High School Diploma
Expirience :
• • 2+ years' experience with switching and routing
• English mandatory
• Experience in data center management (maintenance, equipment removal, IMAC)• Focus on customer service
• Experience in tickets managements, requirements and change requests
• ITIL desirable knowledge
• Must be a person with good organization, to follow up on their tickets, coordinate scheduled activities, generate change requests, generate process documentation.
• Must be available to work afterhours, during weekends, holidays, etc.
General functions
Responsible for day-to-day first level user support for all existing hardware, software, network/telecommunication equipment and various IT services. Must have experience supporting Network technologies (Routers/Switches/Cabling etc). Experience Managing Active Directory and MS server environments.
