Job Description
Indivior is looking for a level two help desk candidate to join their team in Richmond Virginia. This role involves assisting end-users with technical issues and troubleshooting hardware and software problems. Employees at Indivior walk up to the help desk to get in-person support with their computers therefore, customer service is huge for this opportunity. The candidate will also assist with providing virtual onboarding assistance to new Indivior hires.
Skills and Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field know experience in a similar IT support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
* Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
* Perform routine maintenance on office equipment, including computers and printers null
