Job Title: Designer, User Experience (IT)
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
A User Experience Designer is a member of the User-centered Design Team and isresponsible for the design of end-user interactions for a range of ourwebsites and applications. In this role, you will play a key part indefining the design direction, information architecture, and productstandards to help create the secure, consistent, branded, and intuitiveuser experiences our patients, providers, and teammates have come to relyupon.
Working alongside Researchers, User Interface Designers, ContentStrategists, and other key roles throughout the village, you will have theopportunity to help us improve clinical outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.This is a chance to make a difference in a community first and company secondenvironment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as the primary resource with direction from Sr. User Experience Designerson projects - designs, develops, and supports various applications in theIT and Clinical spacesCreates wireframes and prototypesVisual DesignsCreates journey maps, sitemaps, heuristic reviews, personas andexperience mapsWorks closely with researchers to prepare interactive prototypes for usabilitytestingParticipates in design reviews to maintain consistency across multipleapplications and guarantee adherence to requirements and standardsWorks with the QA for defect resolutionWorks with Development teams to implement designsWorks with ArchitectureWorks with the team leads and/or project managers for planning,estimation, documentation, and status reportingPartners closely with Product Owner(s) and diverse stakeholders tounderstand requirements and reflect those in wireframes & prototypesresulting in Product Owner approval
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2-4 years' experience in User Experience role.High School Diploma required. Bachelors Degree preferred.

Salary/ Wage Range$68,400.00-$100,400.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including acandidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and mayfall outside of the range shown.
