Collaborating closely with operational teams, your focus will be on creating and maintaining high-quality training resources for analysts in ROPS.Key Responsibilities:Design comprehensive curriculum-level learning systems for analysts.Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and requirements.Develop detailed training plans, design documents, and analysis documentation.Select or create suitable design and development models for each project.Utilize various techniques to structure instructional content effectively.Create engaging instructional materials for both instructor-led training (ILT) and eLearning courses.Collaborate extensively with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.Develop precise performance objectives guiding training and support materials/tools creation.Produce audio files as necessary for instructional purposes.Develop assessments within Learning Management Systems (LMS) to validate knowledge.Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of instruction and its impact.Create comprehensive project documentation, including design templates, standards, and technical specifications.Adapt and improve existing instructional materials as needed.Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of services/products for annual event.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Background in instructional design and self-paced course development for adult learners is advantageous.Familiarity with adult learning models, SCORM specifications, and LMS integration preferred.Ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion.Strong team collaboration skills, including working in geographically dispersed teams.Occasional travel required (up to 15%).Pay Range: $66,600.00 - $90,100.00What We'll Provide:More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
