Key Responsibilities:
• Provide close support to the Regional Business Resilience Manager in the following:
• Drive compliance to BCM Policy, objectives, strategy and execution for the Organization including hybrid working models and return to office strategy.
• Proactively support the Crisis Management preparedness by collaborating with multiple support functions in mitigating business continuity crises
• Work with Delivery teams in developing and implementing Business Continuity Plans for Wipro and its customers.
• Facilitate technology/tool introduction for BCM process strengthening and effectiveness.
• Regular communication and governance with stakeholders on BCM Initiatives and specific needs from time to time.
• Monitor and gather Information for events, alerts, crisis, & news that may affect Wipro's Service Delivery in the APAC region.
• Respond to RFPs & RFIs
• Develop Training and Awareness Content in support of Business Resilience
• Generate meaningful reports for compliance tracking.
• Align stakeholders to Wipro BCM Policies and ISO 22301.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Willing on a Hybrid Workweek (3 office - 2 WFH)
• Process Oriented
• Knowledgeable in ISO 22301:2019
• BCI/DRI Certification is a plus
• Minimum of 3 Years Experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and testing Business Continuity Plans.
• Strong Project Management skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Quality-first mindset
• Willing to adapt to changing work timings as needed by the business.
• Ability to host large conferences/meeting both virtually and in person.
• Willingness to learn, coachable and quick learner.
• Proficiency in Office/Office365 is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management
