Overview
PepsiCo is on a multi-year journey to establish a secure and powerful hybrid multi-cloud environment. To drive the cloud solution forward, PepsiCo launched a Cloud Transformation Program Management Office. The role of the Cloud Transformation Technical Program Manager Office (PMO) is to lead the cross functional teams of Cloud Foundation Delivery, Application Migration, Operations and Services management to achieve our transformational vision.
Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities in terms of Cloud expertise:-
Experience working in a multi-cloud environment with demonstrated experience leading cloud deployment projects (including cloud native development and application migrations)Experience in the various migration methods (5R's or 6R's, depending on the methodology that you follow: rehost, replat form, rearchitect, refactor, revise, rebuild, replace/repurchase/retire, retain)Work with all Project team members and process owners on process business requirements, architecture and design, implementation, functional and performance testing, high availability design and testing, disaster recovery design and testing, cost estimates, approvals, various stage gates within our PLM, as well as implementation, hyper care, and transition to sustainExperience with Configuration, migration and deployment efforts related to Azure or AWS IaaS/PaaS TechnologiesExperience operating complex multi-datacentre, multi-cluster environment and a strong understanding of multi-tenancy and securityExperience in hybrid multi-cloud environment - both IaaS and PaaS offeringsExperience in cost estimation for cloud hosting (including both cloud hosting costs and software licensing)Work with 3rd party vendors engaged in implementation/migration efforts for requirements, testing, and usage of the automation (i.e., Microsoft, Accenture, PWC and other 3rd party vendors that customers may choose to partner with)Drive project implementation recommendations to support the multiyear cloud transformation journey (2020 -2025) which would include operationalizing the required technology in a hybrid multi-cloud environment. This role will also provide guidance and leadership when a legacy system is to be replaced with the on-boarding of new cloud-native solutions for PepsiCo.Manages multiple stakeholders across Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Information Security, and Sector CIO teamsManages multiple vendor relationships in the context of a projectReview and assess implementation approach, potential risks, costs, etc.Provides technical leadership and oversight to each cloud project.Provide deep cloud implementation expertise covering infrastructure, application architectures, cloud capabilities, security, cost management, etc.Define appropriate cloud services and implementation strategy for each application / project while considering cost and complexity of the various options
PMO Responsibilities
Drive adoption and understanding of Agile, and more specifically, SAFe practices, through coaching and active participation in agile ceremonies as Scrum Master or other designated role.Drive use and understanding of standards, processes, tools and methodology. Support the usage of these tools through training and communications.Partner with PepsiCo Project Lifecycle Methodology (PLM) team to ensure Cloud Program compliance with project lifecycle deliverables and controls.Drive project teams to execute with excellence. This includes agenda management, action item tracking, work plan management, KPI tracking, program / project management and risk/issue tracking.Drive coordination and communication of program healthstatus to key stakeholders including senior leadership.Proactively identify and raise issues, then facilitate the right connects and action plan to problem solve and create solutions.Drive Technical Risks and Impediments to Closure by collaborating with cross functional Teams including third party vendors.Maintain program timeline and calendar including governance meeting cadence.Partner with project team leads to measure and automate critical metrics necessary to manage and monitor the overall program health including budget and track specific success factors.Collaborate with IT Controls, program teams and management to identify and document IT risks, processes, controls, and procedures to address areas of opportunity for Cloud Enablement program.

Atleast 12 years of experience Technical Program ManagementCloud MigrationSAFe Agile ExpertiseLeadership ReportingAdept at dealing with ambiguity and working in a matrix environment.Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.Excellent collaboration and influencing skills to drive compliance to PLM controls and adoption of agile practices across the program.Proactively identify and escalate potential issues, offering ideas for solutions.Proactively adjusts work assignments and schedule to meet changing team priorities.
