The Opportunity:
As Open Lending’s Marketing Ops Specialist, you’ll report to the VP of Marketing and support the execution of the programs intended to drive demand for Open Lending’s solutions. This role will work closely with colleagues in marketing and sales to define and execute campaigns designed to bring awareness to Open Lending’s value proposition, generate new leads, and drive new pipeline opportunities for the organization.

What You’ll Do:
Support execution of coordinated multi-channel campaigns that align with Open Lending’s strategic objectives across key segments and markets
Work collaboratively with sales to build a list of named accounts that can be incorporated into strategic Account-Based Marketing programs and with marketing to develop, deploy and measure those programs via Salesforce
Working in collaboration with your colleagues, help craft and refine messaging and campaign strategies to deliver greater interest and leads
Work closely with your marketing colleagues to offer data-driven insights into the creation of content to support primary marketing campaigns as well as to supplement initiatives driven by our sales team
Measure the performance of content, channels, and programs, and support the team in driving timely adjustments to maximize efficiency of marketing spend
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
3+ years B2B marketing experience
Familiarity with the lending industry and/or SaaS software marketing a plus
Experience with: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot); Account Based Marketing; Online Advertising (SEM, Display, Retargeting, LinkedIn, etc.)
Results-oriented, detailed
Proactive, problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and vlookups
