With a focus on Supply & Inventory management an exciting opportunity now exists within our Travel Retail team as a Demand and Supply Planner (Corporate Account Executive).
We are looking for an experienced Travel Retail professional who is experienced in Assortment, Inventory and Order Management. Reporting to the Corporate Account Manager this this role will contribute to the overall success of the Corporate Sales Team by;
• Proactively managing brand inventory and assortment by reviewing sales data, retailer stock levels and order-shipment status;
• Review and optimize retailer orders & maintaining healthy stock levels to ensure sell-in managed effectively to achieve sell-in targets,
• Acting as a conduit between the retailer demand planning/ supply chain team and ELC brand plus Customer Service Department in Lachen/Switzerland.
Key roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
• Together with the wider Travel Retail team achieve sell-in targets with retailers across all Travel Retail brands,
• Monitor and manage retailers inventory stock levels and orders to ensure accurate sell-in and sell-out,
• Preparation of sales forecasts and budget net sales estimations,
• Forecast order quantity, analysing sell-thru/inventory levels/back-orders/trends by SKU. Reviewing and feeding back to counter managers,
• Invoice and retailers ERP management,
• Monthly reports and data analysis to support the Corporate Account Manager in inventory management,
• Generate regular & ad hoc sales reports as required.
Qualifications
Below are skills, experience and personal attributes that would make you successful in this role;
• BA degree or equivalent,
• 3 years + experience in Travel Retail, experience in Supply Chain management will be viewed favorably,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Good working knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel,
• Analytical approach with excellent attention to detail,
• Familiarity with retail reporting systems,
• Well organized and able to thrive in a fast faced environment,
• Able to work independently,
• Well groomed
• Willingness to travel - both domestically and internationally.
