Our US Delivery Centers have been growing since 2014 with significant, continued growth on the horizon. Our delivery centers are based in Mechanicsburg, PA, Lake Mary, FL and Gilbert, AZ.

Work you'll do
As a Communications Analyst in the Organization Transformation practice of Deloitte's USDC Human Capital group, you will perform the following job responsibilities:
Align with our core RICCE values (Respect, Inclusion, Community, Commitment and Excellence)Support communication plans/strategy and execution of project requirements, client style & tone, goals, dates and more for government clientsEnsure plans are accurate, align with industry standards and incorporate Deloitte's best practicesSupport audits of existing campaign assets and utilize a content style guide that includes tone of voice, glossary and guidelinesAssist in the define, building and implementation of enhancements to processes, systems and structure of the content strategy craftParticipate in interviews and other fact-finding research and synthesize findings into key pointsWork with a communications lead to support communications workstreams from initial client meetings through development, review, revision, production, distribution, and evaluationIdentify and recommend creative ideas to deliver on strategic goalsExecute communications campaigns, including awareness, branding, launch, social, and moreDevelop customized solutions and draft documents utilizing strong skills in problem solving, grammar, punctuation and attention to detailLeverage data and content strategy knowledge to transform historical assets into new solutions for communication deliveryCreate a broad range of communication materials across multiple communication channels, including print, digital, multimedia, social networks, and webDevelop creative, engaging, well-designed communications materials to meet client goals through the use of various advertising and marketing principles such as: emails, newsletters, infographics, podcasts, video scripts, responsive email templates, social media posts, website wireframes and other digital/multimedia communicationsWork with designers to develop graphic identities and approachesBalance multiple assignments and schedule workload to meet established deadlinesKeep abreast of communication and industry trendsContribute to practice development, including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
The Team
The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree completed by August 2024 in these or related areas of study:Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or other related field or equivalent experienceStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skillsAbility to think creatively and conceptually, with a passion for storytellingStrong creative, writing, editing, organizational and planning skills and a willingness to learn from othersExposure to change management and communication strategiesPresentation experience and understanding of digital, print and video communication channelsStrong attention to detail, time management and follow throughAbility to work well with others in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureIf aligned to support Deloitte's Government Public Services practice, you must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearanceMust be willing to live within a commutable distance to the Gilbert, AZ, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Lake Mary, FL delivery center(s)
