Delivery Manager, Enterprise Marketing & Data

The role:
This position is part of the OneSource team supporting the Global Marketing Team, providing data & analytics related support.
We are looking for a self-starter to lead a young team, and scale it's capabilities and partnership with the Global Marketing team. This team works predominantly on product and consumer data, with key responsibilities in the areas of analysis and research support, ensuring data integrity, and generally maximizing the usefulness of the product and consumer data that ELC captures. This is achieved through manual/automation aided data processing and can be further aided by data analytics related skills, structured process-mindedness, and an eye for continuous improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:
This position is part of the OneSource team supporting the Global Marketing Team. There may be extensive interactions within/across OneSource teams as well as with the Corporate Marketing, R&D/innovation, and IT teams to deliver on objectives & deadlines.
Marketing Data Transformation & Analysis
Manage various large data sets of product and consumers data. For example, for input into marketing analytics dashboards to address strategic and operational business questions such as market share Synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data to deliver data-driven recommendations & insights Co-ordinate projects, deadlines and communications with various internal stakeholders, including but not limited to corporate marketing, innovation, IT Be a steward of good data practices - establishing clear data segmentation rules, internal data governance practices, robust documentation, process and knowledge sharing Quality assurance testing to ensure the integrity of the data outputs Identify opportunities, and make recommendations to enhance data quality using enabling technologies Support marketing dashboard development and maintenance, as well as internal operational dashboards Manage end to end Marketing data related projects- including identify issues, information gathering & solutioning from various sources, and advice on data transformation to allow for analysis, analytics and dashboard creation
Continuous Improvement
Establish internal standard operating procedures for data standardization and segmentation- e.g. on product attributes, product benefits, product claims Lead continuous improvement through process standardization/re-design, automation, and other enabling technologies Lead the identification, scoping, and prioritization of continuous improvement initiatives Periodic maintenance & update of data dictionaries whenever necessary Manage/Drive continuous improvement projects such as UAT testing - enhancing the data model to improve the accuracy of the machine learning model and reduce the lead time of data being made available to users of reports.
Service Management & Leader
Accountable as the stakeholder manager at an operational level- Keep internals stakeholders satisfied through capturing & executing on requirements, managing improvement initiatives, solutioning, defining and tracking service metrics. Oversee intake of new services, from requirements gathering to solutioning to knowledge transfer and go-live' satisfying the relevant documentation (process maps, DTPs) & operational requirements (e.g. KPIs, SLAs) for intake Conduct stakeholder operational reviews; ensure all SLAs/KPIs to our stakeholders are met, flag and escalate operational risks & concerns in a timely fashion (as required) Optimize internal resource allocation to meet delivery & project timelines Be a proactive leader in steering the capability development of this young team. be part of maintaining a motivating workplace and safe working environment for the team and our extended department colleagues Be hands-on and provide back up support within the team
Key Skills
University Graduate - preferably with a Business, Marketing, or Data Science related degree. 4-8 years of experience in similar positions. Keen interest in the prestige beauty industry. Excellent verbal, written, and stakeholder management skills. Proven analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data in providing solutions and driving strategic business decisions. Proven track record of people management, and managing/leading projects from a team leader capacity to deliver on set deadlines. Project management skills, preferably with relevant experience in preparing business requirements documentation, scorecards, operational reports/reviews, and other service management reports. Experience with data governance and standards, process documentation, development, and related continuous improvement. Highly organized, systematic, and structured individual, with keen attention to detail. Prior experience in either marketing analytics or a relevant SSC environment. Experience and comfort with working on large data sets, and demonstrated ability to manipulate and summarize both quantitative, and qualitative data. Data analytics (Python, SQL) & visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) experience is a plus. Creates an accountability and own it culture.
