SAP Oil & Gas SME/Solution Architect:

We are looking for a Lead SAP Enterprise Migration Architect who is responsible for overseeing designs and implementation of SAP solutions for organizations. They would analyze business requirements, plan system architecture, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
Key responsibilities:
Able to own plan and deliver an entire proposal response from specific reference to a client's requirements, and or industry, including the executive summary, for an opportunity in excess of $50 million, TCV. Capable of doing this for proposals that span Capgemini lines of business across the SBU, playing as #OneCapgemini.Able to lead and represent the entire proposal, ensuring the quality of proposal delivery through the mobilization and motivation of appropriate teams (Capabilities on/off, peer solution architects, domain experts across BL's, etc).Demonstrated ability to overcome natural friction and challenges, while leading by influence, in complex multi-BL proposals to deliver the right solution for the client and for Capgemini as a whole.Understand clients pain points, opportunities, and business context. Can create and articulate a north star for the engagement, and the business benefits which the proposal will deliver for the client.Able to estimate the effort required to deliver the entire scope of a project and propose and optimize resource for opportunities in excess of $50 million across Capgemini lines of business.Able to develop and present innovative implementation strategies, including consideration of a client's budget, cash flow, and time to value.Able to identify, articulate, and present different commercial strategies (including outcomes-based models) which are appropriate for delivering business outcomes and associated value while being commercially viable to Capgemini.Able to deliver a compelling presentation to prospective client, key project team members and stakeholders, including directors, across the entire scope of a proposed engagement.Able to own plan and deliver an entire oral presentation across Capgemini lines of business for an opportunity in excess of $50 million.Able to lead the delivery of a solution business blueprint that will satisfy business requirements and enable timely and profitable delivery on projects greater than $50 million. Able to take a leadership role on a program shaping strategy and roadmap across Capgemini lines of business.Demonstrated ability to lead across the full lifecycle of a large transformation project in excess of $50M. With detailed understanding of all functions and phases across the many services required of Capgemini and its 3rd party partners to deliver the program outcomes.
Required Skills
12+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience
15 professional experiences in SAP solution architecture, with a deep understanding of SAP modules, technologies, and integration points & hands on S/4.Proven experience leading and managing a team of SAP architects in a senior management role.Knowledgeable in midstream, refining, marketing, and specialties. Chem industry experience is a plus.Candidate should understand SAP solutions for crude oil pipelines and terminals, product pipelines and terminals and natural gas "wellhead-to-market" value chain.Ideal candidate understands non-SAP best of breed application patterns typically integrated with SAP ERP for the same space.Experience in implementing SAP Hydrocarbon Production Management, TSW (Traders and Schedulers Workbench), MAP (Marketing, Accounting and Pricing), TDP (Tariffs, Duties and Permits) and BDRP (Bulk Distribution Requirement Planning) functionality is desirable.
