　　What You Will Achieve

　　The Decision Support Center of Excellence (DS CoE) is a centralized Finance department with locations in the US, UK, China, and Costa Rica. The DS COE provides comprehensive financial reporting, financial support, and guidance to the commercial finance teams globally. The DS CoE encompasses the analytical and advisory activities performed by the Finance Organization, including Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Business Strategy & Support, Level 1 Financial Analysis, Data Validation & Reconciliation, Cost of Sales Analytics, and Management Reporting.

　　This is a role that requires financial expertise to undertake economic research and study the prevalent rates of return, depreciation, working capital and investment of various entities in the income statement to analyze the profit and loss statements. Your findings and recommendations will be presented to the Pfizer management team. You will develop and maintain operational specifications for financial information systems after considering the information flow, volume and document format for the data processing equipment. You will also provide business development analysis and monitor business performance.

　　How You Will Achieve It

　　Work directly with the sites on template completion for spend budgets and purchased materialsExecute the recurring budgeting and forecasting activities, prepare journal entries, monthly management reports and operations support presentationsTrack and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for specific stakeholder groupsUnderstand and apply knowledge of best practices for data extraction and manipulationSupports system access review processesParticipate in teams responsible for the integration or separation of domestic acquisitions and divestituresLead implementation of Continuous Improvement opportunities across business unitsAssist the financial team in being compliant with all Sarbanes-Oxley controls and financial reporting policiesEnsure requirements are gathered accurately and manage timelines for the scoping, development, and delivery of the final solutionReview financial reports and analysis of others ensuring completeness and accuracyContribute to the completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlinesSupport work transitions between all finance organizations in Pfizer

　　Must-Have

　　Bachelor's Degree0-1 years of experienceDemonstrated experience in financial planning and analysisDemonstrated proficiency in financial systems and financial reporting aspectsProven analytical skills and can understand and interpret dataDemonstrates good verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) to create and manage spreadsheets, tables and presentationsHighly analytical with the ability to translate large amounts of data and information into actionable insights and business recommendationsProcess-oriented with strong organization and planning skillsAbility to identify business issues/opportunities and to frame business questionsCompetency with spreadsheets & financial modeling (comfort with data manipulation and financial systems), particularly with Microsoft Excel and Hyperion Smartview.Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

　　Work Location Assignment: Flexible. Will be required to be in office in person 2-3 days per week. Other days will be remote as allowed.

　　The annual base salary for this position ranges from $54,700.00 to $88,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary. 　　The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $47,800.00 to $79,600.00.
