Summary-
The Account Services Vice President will oversee employees of the New Accounts and Account Maintenance teams. As the Account Services leader on site, responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of workload, identifying process issues and working with various internal/external business partners. The Vice President will be responsible for developing new team members to increase productivity, decrease error rate and develop subject matter expertise. Additionally, the Vice President will be responsible for overseeing various projects that support enhancements to processes and procedures.
Responsibilities-
Provide leadership and oversight at the employee level within the Account Maintenance and New Accounts teams
Ensure service levels are met or exceeded for all processes
Work with internal/external business partners as needed to identify and document process and system enhancements for increased productivity, quality, and efficiency
Communicate business status, initiatives, accomplishments and needs to senior level management both verbally and via regular reporting
Responsible for employee recruiting and development
Develop and maintain team performance metrics for dissemination daily, weekly, and monthly
Participate in cross functional initiatives to improve policies and or program development
Follow operations risk policies and procedures
Maintain knowledge of operational business processes, policies, and systems
Good judgment and business acumen with a keen ability to assess people, processes, and products
