About Dealership Support Specialist - Louisville, KY

  Job Description

  An Automotive Group is needing to hire a Dealership Support Specialist to join their team to support them during their busy season. This person will be a vital addition to the team as they will be supporting the operational and inventory duties of the dealership during their surge season. From the months of January until the end of April this dealership sees a massive increase in sales, and typically needs assistance with inventory, operations, and providing great customer service to clients.

  Furthermore, this person will need to be comfortable with having to be on their feet for 5+ hours a day, maintain internal and external dealership image by helping with spot cleaning as needed, be comfortable working outside for about 60-80% of the time, and must have an active Driver's License to be able to assist with moving cars within the lot.

  Schedule: Monday-Friday 10AM-8PM, must be flexible working every other Saturday between 10AM-8PM

  Duration of Contract: 3 months. This location will convert to a permanent role after the duration of the contract.

  Pro-rated bonus included at the end of the contract, up to $1,500. The exact bonus amount is based off start date, attendance, and the completion of the contract.

  Detailed Activities to Include:

  Inventory:

  -Check in and inspect vehicles upon delivery

  -Print and place price stickers and buyer guides

  -Write up vehicles for repairs and input into system

  -Transporting vehicles to and from vendors for repairs

  -Maintaining a relationship and communication with 3rd party vendors

  -Wash vehicles upon customer delivery

  -Starting and driving inventory daily

  -Merchandising of vehicles on the dealership lot

  Operations:

  -Check in titles upon arrival

  -Process and package title work to send to 3rd party vendor

  -Break down and scan customers contracts into our internal system

  -Document audits to ensure all scans have been completed and are legible,

  -Organizing and filing of operations area

  Misc:

  -Spot checking and ensuring that the dealership is clean and sanitized daily.

  -Customer service, greeting customers, and answering phones.

  Skills and Requirements

  -3 + years of in-person customer service experience and/or any experience working at a car dealership, car wash, valet, etc.

  -Must have GED or High School Diploma

  -Must have Active Drivers License, as this role requires a Motor Vehicle Report

  -Must be comfortable working on their feet 5+ hours a day both indoors and outdoors

  -A great upbeat personality and determination to get the job done

  -Preferably a candidate who has sales experience as this position will transition into a sales role null
