The Deal Coordinator will work c losely with the internal sales and operations teams and customers to assist with the end-to-end deal process to minimize friction and increase speed to clos e .
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Act as a project manager on key deals by:
Assist sales in the management of the Deal Desk p rocess
In coordination with the Education Contracts team, manage the internal contract generation process
Communicate directly with customers on contract delivery, contract questions, and signature requests
Follow up with customers regularly on in-process deals to encourage timely contract execution.
Follow up with internal SMEs to keep deals flowing through the various deal processes.
Manage documentation in Salesforce, Monday.com, and/or through various Microsoft applications.
Respond to rep and customer inquiries related to the contracting and deal desk process
Handle any special projects as required by the Business Operations management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales flows , project management , and quality assurance principles
The ideal candidate will be familiar with B2B sales contracts
Salesforce , Conga Contracts, and/or Monday.com experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Highly detail - oriented with a strong desire to produce accurate and quality work
Highly self-motivated, team and goal - oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
Projects a positive attitude with co-workers & clients
Strong organizational skills are required to provide timely and consistent support
Logical thinker, with effective communication skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills required
