Leading end-to-end implementation projects for Dayforce WFM, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget;
Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and configure the Dayforce WFM system accordingly;
Conducting thorough system analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping to identify areas for improvement and optimization;
Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;
Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and payroll, to ensure smooth integration of Dayforce WFM with existing systems;
Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise;
Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Dayforce WFM;
Performing system testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of the implemented solution;
Stayingup to date with the latest trends and developments in Dayforce WFM and HR technology to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients; and,
Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the practice's growth.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:
Implementing Dayforce WFM or similar HR technology solutions;
Managing multiple projects simultaneously;
Displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
Working experience in system analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis;
Working knowledge of database concepts, including architecture, queries, table joins, and relationships; and,
Demonstrating knowledge in building system integrations, including knowledge of API concepts, data mapping, and integration platforms.
