Install new racks, servers, appliances, and cabling
Decommission old racks, servers, appliances, and cabling•
Provide on-site solving and operational support for existing production infrastructure
Collaborate with other teams on both operational support and future projects
Provide 24x7x365 operational support as part of an on-call team
What you Bring:
Required
3+ years IT experience including hands on datacenter experience
Provide 24x7x365 operational support as part of an on-call team
Ability to arrive at Little Rock, Arkansas datacenter within 30 minutes of a page when serving as primary on-call resource
Ability to perform physical requirements of installing, repairing, and decommissioning of datacenter infrastructure
