　　Experienced Data Solution Architect with expertise in Informatica, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly in Google Big Query (GBQ), Cloud Storage, Ascend, Collibra, Vertex AI, AIML, Data Integration, Patterns, Data Quality, and Machine Learning. The role involves shaping and implementing Mattel's data strategy, designing robust data solutions, ensuring data quality, and deriving actionable insights through advanced analytics and machine learning.Skilled at data warehousing/data lake architecture implementations for analytical reporting translating real world business needs at scale for data lake and warehousing needsCompetence in debugging, refactoring, and optimizing code, along with the ability to determine when and how to automate tasks with experience in being able to operate in an agile environment for delivery of data productsThe ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder for data and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up with Hands-on experience with developing and deploying production data pipelines using orchestration tools like GCP Cloud Composer/Airflow.Strong verbal and written developing, and troubleshooting large-scale, production-grade distributed systems on GCP, selecting the appropriate tools to address business challenges at enterprise scale.Must have experience in operating in scaled agile environment for delivery of data products

　　Data Architecture, EngineeringSupport existing Informatica flows and retransformation on PowerCenter and IICSDevelop data transformation and integration strategies for seamless data flow between sources and destinations. Develop efficient and secure data transformation pipelines for analytics . Maintain metadata management processes for effective data governance.Establish and encode Patterns on GCP and associated data infrastructure for ETL/ELT , AIMLArchitect, design, and optimize data solutions using GBQ, Ascend, Collibra DQ/DG, Vertex AI, and Python.AI & Machine Learning:Lead efforts in AIML . Must have prior experience with ML model building and ML EngineeringCollaboration and Knowledge Sharing:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-impact data solutions.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering continuous learning and skill development.SkillsMust HaveData Modelling, Data Engineering,  SQL Informatica, CA Autosys, TroubleshootingGCP, Airflow,  Python, GBQPreferred Collibra, Ascend, Vertex AI , Oracle, DB2Machine Learning SkillsDBT, GitlabNice To Have AI , Docker, Kubernetes, SAFe Certification Qualifications What We’re Looking For: 

　　Proven experience and track record as a Data Architect with expertise in GBQ, Ascend, Collibra, Python , AIML, and data patterns.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.Exceptional communication skill with ability to describe complex concepts to a technical audience using UML based techniquesStrong programming skills in Python, SQL, AirflowBachelor’s Degree with 8+ of experienceDemonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves. The annual base salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $157,000

　　**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
