  JOB DESCRIPTION

  We're looking for talented individuals to join the Ford Pro Intelligence (FPI) team and play an integral role in designing, developing and implementing our data services product portfolio in Europe.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  What you'll do to contribute to our success:

  Identify potential B2B data customers who present significant opportunities to deliver paid subscriptions at scale Provide potential customer opportunities with an overview of Ford Pro Intelligence products and capabilities and assess match with customer needs. Negotiate and execute b2b data agreements for delivery revenue generating Ford Pro Data Services reflecting Ford Pro standard business terms. Manage agreement renewals and terminations as required Liaise with internal stakeholders (legal, tax, finance, etc) to address non-standard customer requests and requirements. Provide ongoing account management and support for both existing and new accounts with regular touchpoints to review needs and subscription volumes. Ensure continued compliance with data privacy, security, and Ford policy requirements in the delivery of data products. Liaise with FPI account management team on data products account structure and setup. Oversee customer data integration with Ford Pro APIs and liaise with the Enterprise Connectivity data integration team as required. Manage the Ford Pro Data Services product portfolio in Europe. Continue to assess product performance and make recommendations as required. Coordinate European deployment with the North American data service team and ensure consistent approach to global customers requiring service in both regions. Provide feedback on customer requirements to product development team Communicate product changes and enhancements to active and prospective customers

  QUALIFICATIONS

  The minimum requirements we seek:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of recent experience of Fleet / B2B sales Experience operating in a software / telematics sales environment Fluent in Italian and proficient in English

  Our preferred requirements:

  Experience of managing relationships with large fleets who operate in multiple European markets Direct knowledge of telematics data systems and fleet management capabilities currently utilised by large fleet operators Knowledge of vehicle connectivity interfaces and /or relevant technical experience Proficient in modern collaboration tools such as Office 365, SharePoint and WebEx Teams Strong analytical and data skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Effective verbal and written communicator Relationship builder, collaborator Comfort in working in ambiguous situations Experience with goal setting and deliverables tracking Ability to present complex problems and recommendations Ability to collaborate in a diverse, cross-functional environment Ability to work independently on "white space" projects
