JOB DESCRIPTION

　　Ford Hungary is looking for a Data Operations Specialist to join our team in Szentendre.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　1. Ensuring a flawless and stable system performance of all REACT!/SOR based tools:

　　Testing of CRM campaign appearance in dealer system view Configuration of campaigns in the database (PROD and QA) Analysis of erroneous customer proposals / customer invitations (in Application => Database => Invoices) Error and Testing analysis System configuration/calibration in the database

　　2. Maintenance of the REACT!/SOR database

　　Initiation and monitoring of actions serving for a quick resolution of hardware issues (jointly with IT) Identification of issues/errors by means of SQL statements and initiation of resolution plan (jointly with IT)

　　3. Protection of Personal and Identifiable Information (private customer data) - in alignment with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

　　Implementation of system changes/adaptations in REACT!/SOR to ensure adherence to GDPR standards Error analysis with regards to anonymization of customer data Fixing issues, testing issue resolution with regards to customer individual consent on storage of their own data System tests, database tests, database configuration for dealers and related DMS (Dealer Management System) versions Organizing and coordinating discussions regarding specifications for Dealer Service Providers (DSP) Communication with the markets and DSPs  Monitoring of data transmissions (conduct analyses and initiate regular meetings with all departments involved) General analyses and inquiries from markets or business units concerning storage/processing of customer data in REACT!/SOR

　　4. Service Reporting and ad-hoc report creation

　　Maintenance and development of monthly/weekly service reports Creation of ad-hoc reports per request Provide support for BUs with regards to service reporting related questions

　　5. Administration Processing and administration of system access requests for REACT!/SOR

　　6. Tasks in liaison with REACT!/SOR Helpdesk  Tickets for REACT!/SOR error handling, data maintenance, analyses, incorrect/no contacts/workshop invitations for customers, etc.

　　Configuration of tables in the database to set up new dealers and change of dealer codes respectively 7. Data Quality monitorization through SOR invoice Audit Coordination of the SOR invoice Audit process Selection of eligible dealers and invoices Work closely with NSCs  Organize Summary meetings Correction proposals to the NSCs and follow-up

　　8. Other duties

　　Cooperation and support on the definition and documentation of work processes Establishing dedicated reports to support the various FCSD business areas Work closely together with the Data Operations Coordinator

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business or equivalent education Excellent knowledge of the automotive aftermarket Excellent analytical abilities  Excellent communication skills - verbal and written (English) Profound experience with relational databases and excellent SQL knowledge Knowledge of IT tools such as Alteryx or equivalent, QlikSense or equivalent, MS Excel Knowledge of Ford systems such as REACT, Sell-Out Reporting, InfoAssist
