In this role, you will:Participate in less complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and to identify and remediate process or control gapsAdhere to data governance standards and proceduresIdentify data quality metrics and execute data quality audits to benchmark the state of data qualityDesign and monitor data governance, data quality and metadata policies, standards, tools, processes, or procedures to ensure data control and remediation for companywide data management functionsSupport communications with basic documentation related to requirements, design decisions, issue closure, or remediation updatesSupport issue remediation by performing medium risk data profiling, data or business analysis, and data mapping as part of root cause or impact analysisProvide support to regulatory analysis and reporting requirementsRecommend plans for the development and implementation of initiatives that assess the quality of new data sourcesWork with business and technology partners or subject matter professionals to document or maintain business or technical metadata about systems, business or data elements, or data-related controlsConsult with clients to assess the current state of data quality within area of assigned responsibility.Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Desired Qualifications:Develop/run reports from the Enterprise Data Management Tools, Tableau and Power BIPerform analysis on Metadata Quality Assurance findings and work with SME's to drive remediationConduct data governance onboarding meetings with new stakeholdersExperience in working in Data Governance thru work experience, training, military experience, education etc. Attention to Detail. Proficiency in Excel Macros, Vlookups, Pivot Tables.Package creation.Advanced Excel (Macros and VLOOKUP's)Document Organization.Advanced written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of databases and how to work with them and Advanced SQLAdvanced Excel (Macros, VLOOKUP).Debugging and Testing: Proficiency in debugging techniques and writing unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.Testing and Quality Assurance: Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools to ensure data controls and rules are working as intended.Ability to trouble shoot issues and develop solutions in a high-stakes banking environment.Rules engine expertise: Familiarity with rule engine technologies for implementing and managing complex business rules.Regulatory compliance: Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements to ensure data controls meet legal standards.Posting End Date:
