What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Data Integration Analyst I to join the ArcBest Technologies team. The Data Integration Analyst I successfully manages the execution of customer data integration projects across ArcBest and its subsidiaries. This position collaborates with IT teams within ArcBest Technologies to coordinate projects between internal and external customers to define business and technical requirements. The Data Integration Analyst I is responsible for managing integration projects from beginning to end, collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate, design, and advance solutions that enhance customer data integration between ArcBest, its subsidiaries, and customers.
It is anticipated that over time the candidate will be able to successfully perform all duties below with effective management and training support.
Your contribution may include:
Manage projects from Initiation to Closure by: defining requirements, coordinating and prioritizing requests with internal and external customers, and providing stakeholder updates on projects.
Communicate and manage expectations effectively.
Identify opportunities for data integration (API, EDI, etc.) with new and existing customers.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data integration (API, EDI, etc.) related issues.
Evaluate existing data integration processes to identify solutions to drive improvements in customer experience.
Develop and maintain data integration documentation and knowledge base.
Provide technical expertise on data integration systems and processes.
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Other duties and projects, as assigned.
As a Data Integration Analyst I, you will be a member of the ArcBest Technologies Data Integrations team in Fort Smith, AR. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, expected 40 hours a week with flexibility of hours between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. Possible time worked outside of regular work hours depending on workload requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or other related field, preferred.
Experience: Minimum, one-year experience in the following areas: data integration and/or technical role, logistics and/or transportation industry, as well as project management.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL (DB2).
