*Position Description: Data Entry Clerk *
The Data Entry Clerk will report to IDRE Management and is responsible for the day to day operations to accurately enter and update data into the appropriate database systems. The Data Entry Clerk requires candidates with quick and accurate typing skills.
Responsibilities:
Understand and represent PRI's mission, vision, and values to all internal and external customersAccurately enters and updates data into database systems, systems of record, workbooks, and other documents as requiredVerify and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracyMaintain confidentiality and adhere to physical and data security protocolsDemonstrates skill and experience in the submission of timely, accurate deliverables. Requires 98% accuracy and 100% timelinessEngage clients internal and external in appropriate communication that manages expectations and builds collaborative relationshipsEnsure timeliness of deliverables to exceed contractual obligationsInteract with project team members in order to successfully fulfill contract obligations with the highest quality and in a timely manner meeting PRITM ISO requirementsInstills integrity throughout the organization via active participation in ISO requirements including but not limited to timely submission of Corrective Action Plans for all matters in which either PRI standards and/or corporate contract standards have not been met. Thereby, ensuring a positive, open, environment which mitigates risk and achieves a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement.Contributes to business development efforts through exceptional communications, timely, accurate determinations, documentation and professional communicationsPerform other duties as requestedRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience preferred but not requiredExcellent computer and typing skillsPosition requires high concentration and focusExcellent organizational skills; ability to plan, prioritize and achieve daily goalsExcellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)Basic understanding of databasesExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsReliable and trustworthy; Integrity is requiredAbility to contribute to and work effectively within a team environmentAbility to interface with management and contract staff personnelAbility to be discrete and maintain confidentialityMust have no conflict of interest (COI) as defined in 1154(b)(1) of the Social Security Act (SSA)Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Security ClearancePreference will be given to those individuals where their primary residency is located in a qualified HUBZone (http://map.sba.gov/hubzone/maps/)
