The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures. The Data Engineer will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and ensure that the data infrastructure supports these needs. The role demands a deep understanding of data processing, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing solutions. The candidate should have a strong background in software engineering, data modeling, and database management.

　　What You'll Do

　　Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable ETL pipelines to move and transform data from various sources to data warehouses and other data storage systems. Modernize and simplify existing systems to align with business goals.Data Modeling: Create and maintain optimal data models and schema designs to support business requirements and analytical needs. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.Data Integration: Integrate and consolidate data from diverse sources, ensuring data quality and consistency. Implement data validation and cleansing processes. Validates processes, metadata and reports to assure data quality between various marketing technology systems, data warehouses and reportsData Warehousing: Contribute to and maintain data warehousing solutions. Choose appropriate data storage technologies and solutions based on the data needs of the organization, keeping in mind data security and compliance measures to protect sensitive data.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide technical solutions. Work cross-functionally to integrate data solutions into business processes.Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure smooth data processing

　　What You'll Need

　　Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong background in ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Experience with languages like SQL is essential.Hands-on experience with data storage technologies such as SQL databases, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery).Strong knowledge of data integration and data processing pipelines.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Snowflake.Experience with orchestration tools like Prefect and Airflow a plus.
