Job Description

　　The Data Platform Engineering Operations Group (DPEO) is expanding the infrastructure team, and it is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to Lead project development for the DPEA Common Infrastructure. As a TPM in this team you are going to be responsible to lead a team to deploy a Cloud infrastructure for the next generation of servers using cutting edge technology that will be used in the following 1-3 years on the industry. The Tech Project Manager leads complex, multidisciplinary engineering efforts to create remarkable Intel products. A Technical Project Manager manage the schedule, quality, budget, cost of the project identifying risk and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders and senior manager archiving the project goals. The Technical project manager is responsible to develop and manage different Clouds around the world. In this position you will: - Identify tasks.-Determine dependencies.- Identify and assign specific resources.- Communicate expectations to team members'.- Obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create, track the project schedule.- Assess risk and identify issues.- Monitor progress against schedule.- Coordinate resources with other function- Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.- Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures to perform non repetitive, analytical work.- Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.Behavioral traits: Excellent communication skills necessary to lead meetings at all levels of the organization (English and Spanish). Excellent analytical, self-driven, sense of urgency and adaptability skills. Advanced team player skills. Willing to interact with all the internal areas of the organization, including senior management within a customer's organization.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications,You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:- Bachelor or a Master of Engineering degree, Computer Sciences, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related (Documentation related to bachelor's degree completion will be required).- 3 years of experience: working on a high-tech company leading a cross-site product teams (systems, software, ingredients) with a proven track record of meeting project commitments. Implementing complex processes and tasks teams while working cross-divisionally. Managing project costs (planning/tracking/EAC), schedule, risk management, and change control processes.managing effective external customer relationships.- 1 year of experience on HW for data center.- Advanced English level. Preferred Qualifications,Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates:- Understanding of the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated Data center Clouds.- Experience implementing complex processes and tasks teams while working cross-divisionally.- PMP certification, Agile.

　　Working Model

　　This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
