About Data Center Security Manager

  Minimum qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  5 years of experience managing operations (e.g., security, logistics, facilities).

  Experience managing a geographically dispersed contracted workforce.

  Experience managing confidential and sensitive information.

  Preferred qualifications:

  Master's degree.

  Certification in ASIS CPP/PSP or similar.

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dependent on systems and technology.

  Excellent business acumen.

You'll collaborate with our Facilities Management team to create innovative security strategies, investigate breaches and create risk assessment plans for the future.   The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,500-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

  Manage the daily operations of vendors providing services including security, training, and risk management for cross-functional technical infrastructure locations.

  Lead as the point of escalation for defined security related incidents with uncertain solutions at multiple technical infrastructure locations.

  Lead security work to ensure technical infrastructure locations are in compliance with regional governmental and regulatory compliance requirements.

  Develop cross-functional strategies to keep operational costs to a minimum, improve efficiency, and maintain an appropriate security posture.

  Perform risk assessments and provide feedback to internal design teams for a variety of technical infrastructure locations.
