Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Enterprise Data Management (EDM), the Data COE Tower Lead Program manager is helping drive the transformation and Intel's enterprise requirements planning (ERP) and Sales and Operations Planning (SnOP) programs on an end-to-end basis across SMG, Finance and Supply Chain, as well as across the planning time horizons. In addition to program management skills, the Data COE Tower Lead will need to lead and foster a creative and integrated approach to bring many business units and connected programs together for a common and valuable solution while adhering to IT program rigor for resources, outcomes and value. The Data and Analytics, Architecture and Platform organization within the Intel IT business segment is chartered with delivering and maintaining world-class data and analytics capabilities that equip the business to capture value through consistent, accurate, reliable, and high-quality data and cutting-edge data, reporting, and analytical solutions.
This role will be accountable for ensuring the data designs; will support the project releases and production applications throughout the program lifecycle by stand up and management of the Data Center of Excellence.
Establish and manage programs across multiple areas of the organization to deliver all activities by setting the pace and negotiating the scope, resources, timeline, and quality in order to achieve the critical successor indicators for strategic objectives.
Program efforts may span multiple Intel BUs as well as multiple IT value streams and enablersEngage with senior and executive BU representatives as well as key IT leadership to align and execute IT and business initiativesDirect the delivery of programs through active sponsorship, leadership and involvement in specific initiatives to ensure they meet time, scope, cost and quality requirementsAlign program delivery to Agile framework ensuring work can be deliveredOwn and maintain an effective and consistent reviewing and reporting process in alignment with program strategyConduct program evaluations iteratively to understand program progress and alignment to business, requirements and visionOften work directly with VP's and GM's of other organizations to resolve roadblocksCoordinate the strategic objectives across business groups within IT; Coordinate cross-program and cross-project activities as needed and ensure alignment between stakeholdersExcellent Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Develops and leverages effective interpersonal networks across all affected organizations.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Project Management or Business Administration and 9+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Science, Project Management or Business Administration and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Science, Project Management or Business Administration and 4+ years of experience in:
Program, stakeholder and data managementData architecture, data bridge strategies, software life cycles, development methods, future IT technologies and BU application landscape.Technical knowledge at high levels
This position is not eliglble for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Skill in PMI and PPM would be an added advantage.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
