Data Analytics Manager -Nike Inc., Beaverton, OR. Lead development and execution of reporting and analytics products across a focused area of the Nike business value stream. Develop SQL queries and data visualizations to fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests and ongoing reporting needs. Translate complex business problem statements into analysis requirements and work with internal customers to define data product details based on expressed partner needs. Enable data driven business decisions that will drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of annual goals. Thoroughly document business requirements, data architecture solutions, business processes and training material for business and technical audiences. Develop frameworks for repeatable validation of data integrity within data products that support accurate and consistent reporting. Serve as data domain specialist for Data Products and Reporting and have deep working knowledge of the tools and processes that support these partners. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation. Experience must include:
1. Data warehouse, such as, AWS Athena or Snowflake;
2. Designing applications software or analytics solutions;
3. Version control, such as, Git, GitHub, or SVN;
4. Agile management systems, such as, Jira or Version One;
5. SQL;
6. Documenting applications software or analytics solutions;
7. Cloud computing environment, such as, Amazon Web Services (AWS) EC2 or Snowflake;
8. Database management systems, such as, Teradata, MS SQL Server, Oracle, or AWS Athena/Redshift;
9. Testing applications software or analytics solutions;
10. BI Visualization tools, such as, Tableau, IBM Cognos, Qlikview, PowerBI, or QlikSense.
