Position Summary
The Division of Nephrology is actively seeking a skilled data analyst to contribute to the Columbia University Renal Epidemiology (CURE) group by providing analytical and project support.
Responsibilities
Offer statistical support for the Renal Transplant Outcomes Initiative.Design, develop, and manage large-scale, big data-driven models.Document, implement, and maintain operational methods for processing, distributing, and reporting on data flow and collection.Clearly and effectively communicate complex concepts and analysis results.Contribute to the writing and preparation of grant applications, including organizing pilot data.Participate in the preparation of manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications, including the creation of figures and tables.Assist with data quality-related activities as needed.Regularly attend all required team meetings.Perform other duties as necessary.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.Advanced proficiency in one or more of the following analytic languages: Stata (preferred), SAS, and/or R.Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics or a relevant field of study.
