KPMG is currently seeking a Data Analyst Manager to join our National Audit Technology organization.
Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights; assist teams in researching, understanding, acquiring, and properly utilizing data assetsCleanse, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency; develop and maintain data flow diagrams, data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-makingCollaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations; conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights to answer specific business questionsIdentify data quality issues and work with data owners to resolve them; perform statistical analysis and data mining to uncover actionable insightsPresent findings and visualizations to stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis; improve data analysis processes and techniques continuouslyQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in data analysis or related roleBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science is preferredProficiency in data preparation, analysis tools and programming languages, such as Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, or ExcelSolid analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrityFamiliarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView; knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologiesExcellent communication and presentation skills; able to work independently and in a team environment; attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy; great business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendationsApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
