About Data Analyst Lead - GenAI Specialist

  Position Overview:

  We are searching for a dedicated and knowledgeable Generic AI Specialist to join our team. The Generic AI Specialist will be a key contributor in designing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions that enhance business processes, improve decision-making, and drive innovation across various domains. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in artificial intelligence technologies and have the ability to apply AI techniques to real-world challenges.

  Key Responsibilities:

  AI Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define AI use cases that align with business objectives. Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems and extract valuable insights from data.

  Data Analysis: Work closely with data engineers and analysts to acquire, preprocess, and analyze data for use in AI projects. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity throughout the data preparation process.

  Model Selection and Training: Select appropriate machine learning and deep learning techniques based on the requirements of each project. Train, fine-tune, and validate models using relevant datasets and evaluation metrics.

  Feature Engineering: Engineer relevant features from raw data to improve model performance and enhance predictive capabilities. Leverage domain knowledge to identify and create meaningful features.

  Experimentation and Optimization: Conduct experiments to optimize model performance by tuning hyperparameters, conducting feature selection, and employing regularization techniques.

  Prototyping and Proof of Concept: Develop prototypes and proof of concept implementations to demonstrate the feasibility and potential impact of AI solutions. Present findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  Model Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to deploy AI models into production environments. Ensure models are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.

  Monitoring and Maintenance: Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to track the performance of deployed models. Continuously evaluate model performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  Documentation: Document the development process, methodologies, and results in a clear and organized manner. Create user-friendly documentation for internal teams and end-users.

  Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies and methodologies. Participate in self-guided learning, attend workshops, and share knowledge within the team.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $130,000 to $145,000.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
