Our client is seeking a Data Analyst for a 12+ month fully onsite contract in Irving, TX.
Contract Duration: 12 Months
What You Will Be Doing
Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.
Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
Working across various C-Shopper development initiatives, partnering with C-Shopper team, internal data team and Circana/IRI personnel.
Assisting in C-Shopper platform developments designed to drive impact with internal and external users.
Subject matter expert and a Customer Success resource in the C-Shopper Team, to work directly with Marketing, Merchandising, Loyalty, Operations & Finance Users and drive internal adoption for our Customer Insights.
Actively producing analytics projects as requested and demonstrating to both Users and internal Prospects how they may leverage the C-Shopper Customer Insights Portal to make better recommendations to drive business impact.
Coordinate and conduct onsite and online User meetings with our internal teams.
Engage and deliver Training and Help Desk support.
Initiate on-going interactions with assigned User groups.
Providing Customer Insights to drive business impact.
Provide training, coaching and support by all other C-Shopper Team members and Circana Team members to become proficient, and then an SME on our C-Shopper Customer Insights platform.
Assigned User groups and ad hoc projects, to drive high platform usages to improve decision-making.
Leading to Customer retention, trips and basket upsell opportunities.
Engagement professional to deliver C-Shopper product support needs, and overall adoption best practices into assigned User groups within assigned 7-Eleven User Teams, including C-Shopper Customer Insight Reports, Assortment Optimizer, Price/Promo, and other modules.
Provide guidance and case studies to assigned user groups that demonstrate real, high-value insights that they should present to assigned User groups.
Partners with assigned user groups to act as the voice of the customer to help drive SEI customer-centric sales and marketing strategies for Supplier's products, including coaching assigned User Teams.
Deliver internal customer success processes, including customer onboarding, ongoing support strategies.
Delivers ad hoc project analytics and presentations, as needed, to support complex external user needs and selected external Suppliers' commercial projects.
Helps define metrics for measuring C-Shopper program impact, customer satisfaction, product usage, and assigned user groups growth / productivity.
Anticipates and removes barriers that slow down or prevent teams from delivering on project goals.
Conducts and reports on user group evaluations and feedback. Communicate effectively with other users and team mates to drive adoption and success.
Continuously reviews market and customer trends to improve the user experience, drive operational excellence, and drive user skills and innovative approaches among assigned user groups, leveraging our Partner Vendor.
