This person will perform Analytical support activities such as resource planning, performance management, scheduling, design and construction contractor reporting, project/program management, regulatory compliance. Provide end to end complex analytical support and recommendations where forecasting, tracking, trending, research, data gathering, plan development and reporting is required relating to the execution of long- and short-term forecast resource planning operational strategies to ensure an effective allocation of resources to meet required work load, inspections, maintenance, system projects, capital projects, programs, and compliance issues. Perform tracking, research, data gathering, and plan development relating to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance with design approvals, program/project date management, document retention, and report updates. Work with Transmission Construction & Maintenance (TC&M) Program/Project Manager and Estimators on tasks related to contract activities, project scheduling, status, Supplier Portal service confirmations and Ariba invoice que management. Works with Operations & Grid Management with development and implementation of operational crew scheduling tools, data updates, and maintenance. Other duties as assigned which may include administrative.
Qualifications
The Essentials
Three or more years of data analysis experience. Two or more years of experience performing advanced functions with Microsoft Excel.
The Preferred
Associates Degree. Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio. Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, SAS. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience performing detailed analysis, investigating and resolving problems, drawing conclusions from complex data and information, and presenting results to key stakeholders. Experience working with SAP. Experience collaborating in cross-functional groups including peers, clients, management, and other organizations. General knowledge of, and experience with regulatory requirements GO 95, GO128, GO165, and GO131D as it relates to Transmission.

This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
