What You'll Do
As a Data Access and Partnerships Manager, you will manage all activities which enable successful data partnerships with health system partners (e.g. NHS Trusts) as part of developing Flatiron's real-world evidence products in the UK.
In this role, you will lead the overall program management of the partnerships with a particular focus on leading and establishing data integrations with our UK health system partners. You will work directly with our partners' IT, data and reporting teams to understand how their data is stored, how that can work with Flatiron's data platforms, and how to scale and automate integration activities over time. You will learn how we've implemented data integrations in the U.S. and internationally, and determine what commonalities and efficiencies can translate to new and existing health system partnerships in the UK. You will also partner closely with our internal Strategic Partnerships, Engineering and Product teams to understand our customers' needs and contribute to product roadmap development. In addition, you will:
Collaborate with our health systems partners to establish secure and efficient data integration processes;Work with engineers to transform data captured by our health systems partners to power Flatiron's data platforms and research products;Collaborate with product and engineering to design and implement quality assurance processes to ensure extracted data is high quality;Design technical and operational processes over time that enable us to scale and automate data integrations across multiple partners/sites; andAct as program / partnership manager for wider aspects of partnership execution in addition to establishing and maintaining data access and integration processes Partner with Strategic Partnerships, Product and Engineering to understand our partners and their needs in the UK.

You're a creative thinker with 5+ years of experience working with hospitals and their systems in a customer facing role. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.
You have a passion for working with data and understanding how it can be turned into products that support oncology research;You have demonstrated customer and project management skills, and a track record of success in bringing complex, technical projects to completion with partners or third parties;You are proficient in SQL and data analysis;You have experience working with the NHS;You have a "get it done" mentality, and are self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity;You thrive in a cross-functional environment, and enjoy working collaboratively with a diverse team of individuals with different backgrounds and skill sets;You are a strong communicator with an ability to adapt your communication style to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders with varying levels of seniority; andYou're willing to travel to hospital locations throughout the UK (estimated at 10% to 20% of your time in this role)
