Leidos is seeking a dynamic Cybersecurity Program Manager to join the Civil team's Enterprise IT & Mission Solutions group. This position will be supporting the cybersecurity program of a federal agency within the Washington DC area. The Cybersecurity Program Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and hands-on management for delivery of mission enabling cybersecurity.
The Cybersecurity Program Manager is a key leadership role in the success and overall growth and delivery of the program. The PM will assist with ensuring work requested is performed properly, which may include, establishing cost estimates, assisting with invoice analysis, establishing estimate to complete, and providing variance explanations if necessary, evaluating subcontractor invoices; tracking and evaluating deliverables and services/products, ensuring customer requirements are met and assessing team and individual performance. In addition, the PM will assist with establishing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the successful completion of work that is within budget and schedule constraints, provide guidance to subordinates and ensure that such policies and procedures are effectively implemented. Guidance and oversight must also be provided to subcontractors. Further, the position requires frequent interface with customer personnel, other contractor personnel, and customer representatives.
The successful candidate will:
Lead a geographically disperse team of cybersecurity professionals in developing, operating, and maintaining mission critical cybersecurity solutions.Work closely with the Security Operations Team to deliver defined service level agreement (SLAs).Ensure that service delivery processes are documented and followed.Monitor the service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.Develop and maintain customer relations with clients to ensure their needs are met or exceeded.Provide regular reporting on service delivery andFacilitate the project management follow-up during the onboarding processes in collaboration with the various client teams, as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
U.S. CitizenshipTop-Secret clearanceBachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.4+ years' experience in cybersecurity or 6+ years of documented cybersecurity project management experience.4+ years of program management experience.Minimum of 5+ years of direct staff management experience in service delivery of information systems.PMI-PMP certification.Experience executing Program Management activities (e.g., cost, schedule, Customer engagement etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of stakeholders.Ability to create and lead a geographically dispersed highly motivated and skilled workforce of cybersecurity professionals.Knowledgeable with cybersecurity policy oversight and governance.Experience with cybersecurity performance, quality, and inspection metrics.Ability to ensure contract deliverables are provided on schedule and with appropriate accuracy and completeness.Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.Adaptability to new challenges with a strong motivation to grow and learn in new areas.Desire to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with quick-response deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
CISM, CISSP, GSLC, or CCISO certification.Experience supporting federal government strongly preferred.Business Development and Capture experience (e.g., Proposal experience).Knowledge and familiarity with the fundamental of agile project management.Experience working in both Classified and Unclassified operations.Experience managing multiple simultaneous cybersecurity projects.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
