QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
Knowledge of organization's evaluation and validation requirements.
Knowledge of the Security Assessment and Authorization process.
Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk).
Skill in conducting test events.
Skill in designing a data analysis structure (i.e., the types of data your test must generate and how to analyze those data).
Skill in determining an appropriate level of test rigor for a given system.
Knowledge of relevant national and international laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Ability to analyze test data.
Ability to collect, verify, and validate test data.
Ability to translate data and test results into evaluative conclusions.
Knowledge of Test & Evaluation processes.
Skill in conducting Test Readiness Reviews.
Skill in designing and documenting overall program Test & Evaluation strategies.
Knowledge of specific operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses.

Skill in preparing Test & Evaluation reports.
Skill in providing Test & Evaluation resource estimate.
Ability to prioritize tasks to support assessments on multiple boundaries at a given time.
In depth knowledge of NIST 800-53 series guidelines and procedures as it relates to security testing & evaluation.
Ability to present IT security risks to executive management.
10 years of experience in developing and documenting testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
10 years of experience with identity management related experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
Certifications: Security + and Scrum Master
Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with potential for higher read-ins.
