Key Responsibilities:
\n\n Translates customer business objectives and requirements into solutions and level-of-effort estimates to implement those solutions \n Provides input for RFI and RFP responses, including the effort estimate, project team, timeline, implementation methodology and solution components \n Acts as trusted advisor by anticipating needs and identifying appropriate solution alternatives \n Responds to questions and objections on technical issues \n Validate technical recommendations against requirements and assist with preparing statements of work \n Provides informal training and mentoring skills to customers and other employees \n Creating and leading IT system integration processes to meet the organisation?s needs \n Conducting regular evaluations of the system architecture and collaborating with project management teams to improve the designs \n Keeping stakeholders updated about the status of the project development and budgets and notifying them immediately when issues arise \n Supervising and motivating development teams to improve their efficiency and productivity \n Keeping stakeholders updated about the status of the project development and budgets and notifying them immediately when issues arise \n Supervising and motivating development teams to improve their efficiency and productivity \n Understanding of the Leading Compliance Framework such as ISO, BASEL -III, SOX, etc. \n\n

Skills and Experience required:

\n\n Experience with IBM OpenPages 8.x with Cognos 11.x (OP Risk, MRM, Asset, Audit, Financial Modules) is essential \n Experience with Design and implementation of TFUI /Workflows /Triggers etc \n UX expertise \n Financial sector experience is beneficial \n Experience withAgile Ways of Working \n Experience with Java, Springboot \n\n
