How'll you'll contribute:
As a senior product analyst, you'll be joining a team focused on helping our insurance customers evaluate the risk profiles of their policies with an advanced solution. Your role will be focused on ensuring customer success through the onboarding process.
You will learn how to configure, test, and implement customer solution strategies.
You will be accountable for ensuring the customers configurations adhere to their requirements.
You will work with and learn from team members to understand more about the insurance industry and why our solutions are highly valued to solve for a critical gap that exists today.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

The role ensures that internal and external revenue generating opportunities are ready when the customer is ready. It involves:Interpreting written requirements and asking clarifying questionsConfiguring the systems that fulfill the requirements.Defining and generating test data and cases that validate the system meets the requirements.Executing the test cases.Correcting issues identified.Communicating project status.Supporting customers' developers during their integrations with TransUnion to insure a successful and rapid integration.Using tools like XML, JSON, and splunk to debug issues in the configuration or presented by the programmers.Using tools like splunk and Excel to observe production activities.Communicating with US based internal and external stakeholders.The Product Analyst fills a critical role in the product development life cycle, acting as a bridge between the product strategy and the delivery of a successful product or service. A successful product analyst will work within a defined product strategy and roadmap, breaking broadly defined initiatives into more concise functional components and documenting requirements and acceptance criteria. This may also entail conducting research, data analysis, and overall problem/issue resolution.
The Product Analyst will work directly with Insurance product owners and internal team members throughout the product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for product configuration, testing, change requests, and involved in customer implementations across various solutions.
