Customer Success Manager
Reports to: Global Director of Customer Success
We are investing in our future and building an international team. Today we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join us in our London office. #LI-onsite
You will play a core role in developing and maintaining relationships with main customer stakeholders. You will also drive the usage and adoption of our SaaS product while ensuring our customers achieve a high Return On Investment through value realization.
On a typical day, you will:
Manage expectations of Enterprise (F1000) customers and hold team members accountable for delivering on commitments made to customersBuild and nurture relationships with primary key stakeholders and escalate issues when neededLiaise between the customer and internal Ardoq stakeholders across departments to help deliver risk-mitigating measuresDiscover customer's goals and agree on a success planMeasure and validate customer value realization and conduct customer business reviewsInform and educate the customer about new functionalities and product enhancementsMonitor and document riskInitiate and implement tactical plans to improve customer healthProvide a rolling 12-month renewal and churn forecastReport a customer need or interest in paid add-on features or professional servicesKeep the CSM tool updated following internal guidelines
We imagine you will bring:
Experience in leading strategic dialogues with customers and creating success plans within a SaaS companyExperience working with complex organizations and multi-threadingExperience in saving a customer at risk through coordinated tactical projects, grounded in a strategic dialogue with the customerExperience from working with customer risk/health modelsExperience in recognizing contexts when new functionality could be used to increase the customer's value realizationKnowledge about sales processes and using cloud-based applications for managing customer accountsExperience using data from a CSM-/CRM-tool to plan and prioritise customer activitiesStrong listening skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly and adapt communication style to different audiencesStrong collaboration skillsKnowledge of Enterprise Architecture is a plus
