Customer Success Manager, Autodesk Forma
Are you excited about helping transform the AEC industry with Next-Generation Building Design in the Cloud? Autodesk Forma, a cloud-based software for early-stage planning and design of building projects, helps planning and design teams deliver projects digitally from day one. Conceptual design capabilities, predictive analytics, and automations create solid foundations for projects optimised for quality and sustainability.
In this role you will report to the Manager of Customer Success. This is an office or remote-based position in Sydney, NSW.
Position Overview
As a Customer Success Manager for Autodesk Forma you will work with customers throughout Australia & New Zealand ensuring success throughout the customer lifecycle, from customer acquisition to user adoption and retention. You will engage on 1 to 1, 1 to few, and 1 to many basis, applying your technical and industry expertise, and collaborating with other Autodesk teams, to ensure the software delivers value that supports our customer's goals.

Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the customer's Autodesk Forma experience applying an understanding of Forma's value proposition and functionality, and local industry knowledgeDevelop and deliver adoption services to help customers achieve their goals and get value from Autodesk FormaSupport sales engagements with technical demonstrations and industry knowledge to secure customer buy-in and drive expansionEstablish strong customer relationships with users and decision-makers as a trusted advisor by demonstrating thought leadership and product expertiseSupport customer engagement and retention by contributing to customer success plans, tracking impact against outcomes, and documenting value creationMonitor customer usage data, health indicators, and growth opportunities and translate them into strategies for successEnsure customer/user success, satisfaction, and loyalty in the use of Autodesk Forma by capturing & understanding customer feedbackBoost Autodesk Forma's product market fit for our customers by being a resource and voice of the customer for Forma's product and technology organisation by advising on development priorities using customer insightsCollaborate with other Autodesk teams to support a scalable adoption of Autodesk FormaEngage with customers across Australia & New Zealand time zones
Minimum Qualifications
AEC industry experienceBachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related studiesCrisp communication and presentation skillsAbility to travel up to 20% throughout Australia/New Zealand and occasionally to Europe/US
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with B2B software in client-facing roles (Sales, Business Development, Customer Success)Proficiency in architectural design software e.g. Revit, Autocad, ArchiCad, SketchUp or Rhino
