Customer Success Coordinator - Prague
Rapid7 is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator who will provide best in class customer experiences and will have a strong attention to detail, work well in a teamwork environment and have the capability to build upon internal processes to drive optimization.

The Customer Success team represents the backbone of our relationships with our customer base. This includes ensuring customers successfully deploy, adopt, and maintain Rapid7 solutions year over year. About the Role
The CSM team is responsible for securing long-term relationships, driving adoption of our tools, generating referrals, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving customer loyalty.
You will support and partner closely with the Customer Success Managers to ensure customers successfully deploy, adopt, and maintain Rapid7 solutions and continue to renew their licenses year-over-year.
In this role, you will:
Assist CSMs with researching, generating, and editing Renewal QuotesAct as the intermediary between CSM, Orders, Sales Ops and ITAssist with the triage process of Customer Success inboxManage, track and follow up on Confirmed "Process" renewalsRun and distribute team reports to assist CSMs in customer & partner communicationsUpdate internal knowledge base through documenting CSM processesOther projects that may arise include data entry & other administrative tasks.
