Role/Purpose:
Analyzes, designs, and implements changes to points of interaction between the customer and the company to enhance customer experience with company services and products. Identifies and communicates areas of improvements in client experience to enhance products and services. Serves as customer advocate and recommends and implements client feedback that influences and supports business decisions. Designs and implements systems for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing customer interaction data to produce metrics and identify areas for improvement. Collaborates with business leaders and cross-functional teams as a customer advocate to integrate client feedback and experience metrics into decisions on processes, products, and service offerings to improve client usability, satisfaction, and loyalty. May reach out to customers, interact with website users, and/or conduct focus group meetings to vet ideas and prototype solutions before implementation.
The Customer Success Advisor (CSA) is focused on driving value in the "Onboard" and "Use" lifecycle stages as they deploy Autodesk solutions. This role will proactively engage directly with customers through data-driven triggered actions and react to inbound customer-initiated triggers. The CSA mission is to create customer loyalty and growth through irresistible customer experiences.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and execute onboarding and adoption strategies to grow usage of Autodesk solutions by proactively and reactively responding to customer inquiries
Assist customers by providing direct guidance and resources to assist with onboarding new solutions
Identify and assist at-risk customers who have low adoption of products to increase the value they receive toward meeting their business goals.
Partner with sales teams, the reseller partner ecosystem, technical support, client services, and others to drive customer success motions and resolve customer activation/onboarding/usage issues
Successfully close out a range of data-driven customer success motions
Drive high-level customer satisfaction and experience to ensure continued customer adoption of Autodesk products through customer value-added conversation

While engaging throughout the lifecycle, be able to identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship and support the sales team in pursuit of the expansion opportunity

Strategic Territory – all Duties and Responsibilities listed above as well as including:
Participate in account planning processes with sales and technical sales teams, identifying targeted accounts to drive success planning activities, engagement strategies, and establish business outcome alignment
Monitor customer usage data and other health indicators and translate into strategies for success, together with reseller partners and internal sales teams
Engage throughout all levels and personas within customer organizations, including contract management, IT administration, end-users, user management, and customer leadership/decision makers
Document value delivered to customers and communicate value to customers during quarterly business review
Minimum Qualifications
4-5 years Customer Success/Account Management experience
Customer Empathy & Customer Mindset
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, which means multitasking as priorities evolve
Collaboration and coordination across multiple stakeholders
Salesforce proficiency
Fluent languages spoken and written: Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications
Background needs to be in customer facing roles including account management, customer support, project management, customer success or sales
Autodesk Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry knowledge and experience
Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
Subscription business/license management experience is a plus
Highly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn
Program or Project Management skills are an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills will be needed to build the strong relationships, particularly with field organizations and business partners, which will be critical to success
Experience in managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing areas of responsibility and tasks to completion under strict deadlines
Collaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment
Highly skilled at managing time between calls, troubleshooting follow ups, customer relationship management and new customer outreach
Ability to think outside the box as needed with an instinct for innovation
Ability to build collaborative relationships within sales as well as sales support to facilitate better customer experience
Experience with complex, escalated customer situations, ability to navigate large organizations and gain executive level buy-in
