Customer Services Coordinator - FTC 12 months
In this role you will provide excellent service to Dentsply Sirona UK Customers ensuring all queries and questions are resolved, order entry and credit processing are maintained. You will continuously look for new ways of improving the current efficiency of service and processing methods. Full training will be given.
Main key responsibilities
Process all customer returns and exchange requests in an efficient and timely manner meeting the KPI’s
Process all product complaints in an efficient and timely manner meeting the KPI’s
Process the ‘Smart Arch’ process. Sending a special case of stock required for surgery and arranging the return.
Unpack and check all returns
Log all returns and exchanges
Liaise with customers and account managers for all return and exchange queries and the Smart Arch case.
Liase with customers, account managers and QARA for product complaints queries
Investigate thoroughly into all returns and exchange requests adhering to our terms and conditions.
Issue credit paperwork and ensure have obtained the correct signatures before a credit raised
Package and return ‘fit stock’ to warehouse.
Ensure ‘unfit stock’ sent to correct areas e.g. Marketing
Check inter-company credit notes from warehouse match to our records
Investigate rejected inter-company stock from warehouse deemed unfit stock
Produce reports for required return information
Provide supporting documents for audits
Support Customer Service team where necessary
Ad-hoc duties when requested by Manager
Requirements
Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with external key customers
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities
Able to work well within a team and calm under pressure
Results orientated and Adaptable/willing to take on new tasks
Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
Displays initiative and enthusiasm for their role and company
